Easy Ways to Meditate in your Everyday Life
Do you struggle to find time to meditate on a daily basis? Or find it difficult to sit still for more than a couple of minutes? Here are some easy ways to meditate which you can include in your everyday life.
Meditation is a mental discipline. An excellent way to be peaceful and enjoy stillness even in chaos.
Meditation will assist your body to relax and cope with Stress, Insomnia, Depression, body aches and pain, anxiety and everyday wellbeing.
Sometimes it’s a quality you’d like to cultivate like Forgiveness, or Courage other times it’s a more specific request like: Health issues, Operating a business, Financial freedom or CHANGE
Peace comes from inside, and unfortunately many people look for it on the outside. In our chaotic world within every soul there is a sacred space to enjoy peace, and harmony within.
A good practice to get into the habit of is to be Mindful Every Day as the objective will be to relax the body and calm the mind.
So how can I find time in my busy day to meditate?
Easy Ways to Meditate in your Everyday Life:
- We can do open eye or shut eye meditation
- Walking along the beach, and this balances our negative ions.
- Reflection and stillness.
- Creative visualization
- Sending love
- Listening to music (concentrating on every note)
- Creating music
- Listening to a guided meditation
- Listening to waves and nature sounds
- Using voice mantras such as “om”
- Focusing on feelings in the body
- Repeating a word over and over again.
